If you click the START arrow on the video screen and experience that it does not play smoothly, but instead it stops-starts, skips, jumps, etc., we ask that you allow it to play in this manner until it fully buffers/downloads, reaching the end. This will take about 1 minute. Once it is downloaded you should be able to play the video smoothly and without interruption.
